For over 30 years Tech Folien Ltd have been market leaders in the extrusion of HDPE based films from 9mu to 600mu in widths up to 2150mm wide via both mono and co-extruded blown film extrusion. Our capabilities and knowledge of polymers allow us to extrude both standard and highly technical films that are blended to the requirements of the customer. This knowledge led us to create the HTDC range of films that are based on HDPE, but allow the film to have extra die cutting properties.

All our films are fully BRC accredited for direct food contact and can be extruded in an array of colours and surface finishes. We can also offer different finishes on the 2 sides of the film such as smooth, gloss, matt, rough, extra slip, heat resistant and low melt.

Films can be corona treated one or both sides up to 48 Dyne and can be supplied as SWS, LFT, Gusseted, Centre-fold, J-Fold, DWS.

Our HD and HTDC films are available in a range of colours and are printable with conventional inks through Flexo, Litho, Gravure, Silk Screen.
