Tech Folien MLLDPE

Metallocene films along with other polymers have been blended and engineered by Tech Folien mainly for the FFS markets.  The majority of MLLDPE is taken between 30mu and 150mu, but can be extruded outside of this if required.  As with all of our products, this film type can be supplied as corona treated, is printable and fully accredited as a food contact film by BRC.  Metallocene offers exceptional puncture resistance and seal strength.

 

 

 

Application

Conversion films

Bags, sheets      - We extrude films for some of the UK’s largest carrier bag and flat sheet converters in both mono and coex. 

Films can be extruded as Single Wound, Centre Fold, J-fold, Lay-flat Tubular, Gusseted, Gusseted J-fold.        

Our films can be extruded from 10mu to 550mu  and in widths up to 1800mm

Materials can be corona treated and extruded in an array of colours in PE or PP.           

Fully opaque, coex, mono – Extruded in LDPE/LLDPE or MDPE, our films are designed with the customers budget and security needs in mind.  We can offer fully recycled films or fully opaque films to protect the products in the bag from being seen.  Films can be extruded in any colour.

 

Laminating films

LDPE, MDPE and HDPE for the lamination to carpet underlay, bubble wrap and absorbent pads with one or two side corona treatment from 10mu upward.  We can extrude any colour with opacity to suit your requirements.  Mainly supplied as sws for this market.  Reel widths up to 1800mm.
