There are plans to invest in new coating technology, which will enable more economic processing of existing products as well as providing opportunities to develop completely new products.

 

In this connection, an opportunity has arisen in which we are seeking to employ a COATINGS DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST.

 

 

You will be responsible for developing new products, and assist in optimizing processes. Good knowledge of water-based coating polymers will enable you to do basic research in improving our existing coatings, as well as in developing new recipes.

 

Although, you will be capable of basic research into available literature, your capability should be the translation of your findings and ideas into practical solutions. Interpretation of customer and market requirements and translating them into realizable coatings will be your task. Project documentation and maintenance, until the product has been successfully produced in Industrial quantities, will round-off your responsibilities.

 

 

Ideally, you have been working in the field of coatings development, and are looking for new challenges in a family company environment, with an excellent track record in paper and film coatings.
